My Story

After years of climbing the corporate ladder, I found myself at a breaking point, overwhelmed by burnout and anxiety. My career's relentless pace and high demands left me feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. Having spent most of my professional career within corporate management, I realised that my position often required not only leadership but, more often than not, a counselling and therapeutic approach reaching beyond my 'official' professional responsibilities. Amid this personal crisis, this realisation prompted me to seek the fulfilment of a lifelong calling and transfer my experience to a helping profession where I could use my knowledge and skills to create a profound difference in people's lives. Determined to transform my experience into a meaningful purpose, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing, eventually becoming a therapist. Today, I draw on my experiences to guide and support my clients, offering them empathy, understanding, and a path to reclaiming their well-being. My transition from the corporate world to therapy has not only been a professional shift but a profound personal evolution, allowing me to live a life aligned with my values and dedicated to the service of others.
