Each individual therapy session is tailored to your individual needs and issues. This is discussed in confidence during your Free Initial Consultation. My approach to therapy is to make you feel better quickly. And because one therapeutic approach doesn't suit all I draw from my therapeutic toolbox, approaches based on hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Solution Focused Therapy or HypnoCBT (Hypno Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I may use one or a blend of approaches in order to provide the best possible outcome for you.
